Good desktop engineer with knowledge of all technical terms, operating systems involved with desktop maintenance, understand & support the team members for any issue that arise related to these products - desktop, laptop & other peripherals.
Provide L2 support & advanced trouble shooting for complex technical issues that may arise beyond FMS Engineer's capability.
Good knowledge & hands-on experience of LAN-WAN passive networking.
Experience with helpdesk management, vendor management, asset management as a team-lead. & submit -daily MIS reports related to call, issues faced, call analysis, performance analysis -- require good excel knowledge & expertise with report handling.
Comply with all the SLA points with timely resolution. Take ownership & be the central point of contact between the Customer & our Company.
See that the team is adequately trained to handle current & upcoming projects.
