Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hardware Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing PCs, laptops, and related hardware. In addition, the candidate will provide networking solutions, troubleshooting, and ensure that all systems are functional and optimized for performance. This role requires strong technical skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation & Configuration:
Install and configure desktops, laptops, and related peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.).
Install operating systems, drivers, and essential software for new machines.
Assemble and upgrade computer hardware components (RAM, SSD, motherboard, etc.).
2. Repair & Maintenance:
Diagnose and repair hardware issues in PCs, laptops, and other computing devices.
Replace damaged or malfunctioning parts like hard drives, processors, screens, etc.
Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems are running optimally.
3. Networking:
Set up and configure local area networks (LAN), routers, modems, and switches.
Troubleshoot network issues related to connectivity, IP configuration, and bandwidth.
Maintain and monitor network performance, ensuring minimal downtime.
4. Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and document resolutions for recurring problems.
Provide technical support to employees/clients via phone, email, or in person.
5. Documentation & Reporting:
Keep detailed records of installation, repair, and maintenance tasks.
Maintain an inventory of hardware components and networking equipment.
Prepare reports on hardware performance, issues, and repairs as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Experience:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in hardware installation, repair, and networking.
3. Skills:
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
Experience in troubleshooting and repairing hardware issues.
Proficiency in setting up and managing LANs, routers, switches, and network troubleshooting.
Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and their installation.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Soft Skills:

Additional Information:
This is a full-time position based in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
Salary will be between RS.15,000-20,000 per month (Depend on experience & interview).
Shift timings will be from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
