Job Title: ERP Developer
Experience: 4-5 Years
Work Location: Nashik, Maharashtra
Responsibilities:
1. Design and Development:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and understand business requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions, ensuring
scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Implement customizations and enhancements to meet specific business needs.
2. Coding and Programming:
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Contribute to the development of custom modules, interfaces, and reports within the ERP
system.
3. Quality Assurance:
• Conduct unit testing to ensure code meets specifications and is free of defects.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and address software bugs and issues.
• Implement best practices for code reviews and participate in peer reviews.
4. Documentation:
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development activities, including
design specifications, code documentation, and user manuals.
• Document and communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
5. Integration:
• Work on integrating ERP solutions with other business systems and applications.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless integration with
third-party tools.
6. Problem Solving:
• Investigate and resolve technical issues and challenges related to ERP implementation.
• Provide timely support and troubleshooting for end-users.
7. Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project
managers, and system administrators.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and
understandable manner.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an ERP Developer with 4-5 years of hands-on development experience.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Proficiency in database management, particularly with SQL.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
