Technical Support engineer vacancy in Nashik.

Technical Support Engineer Responsibilities:

1. Configuring and maintaining the networked computer system, including hardware, system software, and applications.
2. Ensuring data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
3. Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.
4. Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary.
5. Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
6. Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the networked computer system.
7. Providing technical support when requested.
8. Documenting any processes which employees need to follow in order to successfully work within our computing system.
9. Windows server configuration and monitoring.
10. Hands on experience on cloud computing like Azure and AWS configuration and monitoring.

Qualification Criteria :

Any Graduate / Diploma With IT/Computer Stream !

Experience Criteria :

 

Minimum 2 Year.
